Kyle is a licensed professional counselor who holds a Bachelor of Science in studio art from Southern Connecticut State University and a Master of Arts in counseling and art therapy from Albertus Magnus College. Kyle works with adults and at times, their families and in group therapy formats. She enjoys introducing tools and skills that help people discover and develop strengths that will aid in resolving the pain of trauma, tackle life’s difficulties, work through emotional challenges and become empowered to facilitate positive change and live happier and more peaceful lives. Kyle has a relaxed and supportive approach and meets clients where they are to determine goals, develop a plan and work together to help them achieve success and meet their therapy goals.
Keith earned a Bachelor of Arts in social work from Eastern Connecticut State University and a Master of Science in Social Work from the University of Connecticut and has worked in social services for over thirty years. He has held positions within the Connecticut Department of Children and Families and a number of other State and commu
Keith earned a Bachelor of Arts in social work from Eastern Connecticut State University and a Master of Science in Social Work from the University of Connecticut and has worked in social services for over thirty years. He has held positions within the Connecticut Department of Children and Families and a number of other State and community agencies. His experience includes working with young adults, adults, families and young fathers who live with a variety of mental health diagnoses, substance abuse and domestic violence. Keith is trained in Motivational Interviewing (MI), solution-focused trauma therapy and also in facilitation for the Supporting Father Involvement (SFI) curriculum that focuses on improving parenting and co-parenting skills for young and older adult fathers. Keith incorporates mindfulness and acceptance as core components in his work with individuals and groups.
